If you read through the information in this forum and on the rest of The Body about HIV transmission through oral sex, you'll discover that you are at low risk for infection. There is further evidence that a person who perfroms oral sex on a woman is at lower risk than a person who performs oral sex on a man. This is probably true because there are only a few documented cases of HIV transmission occurring to someone performing oral sex on an HIV positive woman.
Please read through my response to "Giving oral sex to women..." (http://www.thebody.com/Forums/AIDS/SafeSex/Archive/TransmissionSexual/Q9714.qna) and the CDC's publication "A New CDC Fact Sheet on Oral Sex" (http://www.thebody.com/siecus/cdc_oral.html).
