Risk of HIV with receiving a hand jobMay 27, 2014 Please accept my apologies if this is a silly question, but does receiving a hand job in public places pose a risk? This is somewhat similar to the environmental contraction issues that have been discussed frequently, but I wonder if the fact that there is some sort of sexual activity changes the impacting factors. Thank you for your time. |

![]() | Response from Dr. Hightow-WeidmanHello there A handjob poses the same risk of HIV infection (which is none) whether received inside closed quarters or in the great outdoors. There is no exchange of body fluid with anyone. This is the only way for HIV transmission to occur. Sex in public is sometimes considered illegal however so be sure to keep that in mind. Take care, LHW | ||||||||
