Dear Sir, i want to know: 1- Is Saliva and pre-cum contains hiv. 2- i m botom man (negative) and my gay top partner (positive) he sometimes intercourse without condom but when he discharge he takes his penis out of my ass and he sprinkles his cum on my stomach. Here are the answers to your questions:
1: Only four fluids contain HIV in sufficient enough quantities to cause transmission. They are: Blood, Semen including pre-cum, Breast Milk, and Vaginal Secretions.
2: There is still a risk of transmission because of his pre-cum. If his viral load is undetectable then the risk is lowered.
3: I wish I knew. I hope in our lifetime.
