HIV /Hep - B antibodies produced are same?

Madam , I had protected Sex , unfortunately my condom broked , taking PEP( Antivirus - Lopinavir /Retronovir )with 72 hrs as per doctors advice ,due to on /off fever, at 18 th day i took Hep B test , result is negative and it says my body is producing Antibodies and level is 55 mu/l.is the antibodies produces in my body ,for HIV infection and Hep B are same or diferrent.?plse help me madam , i am in hell now ..

Hello there The antibodies your body produces against Hepatitis B are completely different from those produced against HIV and would not cross react on standard laboratory testing. Sounds like you are currently immune to hepatitis B, but would have to see result to be sure. take care LHW
