|Thinking about tooth sockets
Oct 31, 2013
So I had my two premolars removed last week.
A week after the extraction, I gave someone a blowjob, but it didn't last long. I tasted a small amount of pre-cum after.
At that time, my tooth sockets are not bleeding. They only bleed after I brush my teeth. I tried spitting but there are no traces of blood. I dabbed a piece of tissue onto the sockets and I saw very small traces of blood.
Could have I contracted HIV this way? Also, does saliva kill the virus? Thanks

Thanks for your question,
The presence of these sockets does sound like it would increase the risk from giving a blow job. By how much is hard to say.
However, even if you didn't have the sockets, oral sex is still risky (low risk). So we'd recommend getting tested for HIV.
Hope this helps,
