Mutual Masturbation Risk w/ FluidsSep 21, 2013 I recently had my first encounter with another male. We mutually masturbated each other to ejaculation. I am concerned as some of his pre-ejaculate or ejaculate made its way to my penis in the process. I had no noticeable cuts, sores, etc. Post nine days I had diarrhea and a low grade fever (~100 degrees for a few days). He assured me he was negative and recently tested. Have you ever encountered a case where HIV was transmitted in a similar fashion? What should I do. Very anxious. |

![]() | Response from Dr. WohlThis would be an extremely low risk activity and I have a hard time believing you can were infected. Your more likely to have caught a cold from him than an STD. As you are anxious, getting checked out at an STD clinic could help relieve you of your anxiety. DW | ||||||||
