Hi my HIV infected friend mixed his infected blood in mango juice and i drank it...after drinking it he said that i am also infected with hiv now...what should i do please suggest me ... Thank you

Why would your friend do that? If you knowingly drank it, please don't ever do it again. If you're friend did it without telling you then please find a new friend.
As for the risk itself, I would not concerned, the risk of HIV transmission in this case is non-existent. HIV does not live outside of the human body, and would not survive in the juice. Also, HIV is not readily transmitted orally and would be unable to infect you this way.
