Hello, Im dying from anxiety. Ive been tested many times for blood borne viruses hiv hep b, c, but recently I ate something red on my slice of bread n it seemed like it was blood I had sores in my mouth and my gums were bleeding that time:( Is it possible to catch hiv, hep b or c this way ? Please help me. Thank you for your time.

Unless you have a reason to think that this "red spot" on your sandwich was in fact blood, then it probably wasn't. There are tons of other more likely things that it could have been!
Even if it were blood though (but it probably wasn't) there's no risk of HIV from old blood and there'd have to be a good amount of it (actual blood) for pose any risk for Hepatitis.
Hope this helps,
