Massage HIV Transmission
Aug 21, 2013
Hi, I am very nervous that I may have gotten HIV from performing a massage on someones calf msucle. The person had tight calves and I was helping them by using my forearm to massage his legs. He had some small cuts and scrapes from being in the woods/bug bites, none of them appeared to be actively bleeding. I did not notice until after massaging his legs that i had a small open sore on my forearm which was not bleeding. Am I at risk of getting HIV? I do not know his HIV status. This happened about 60 days ago, should I be tested?
Thank you for all your help
