can we restart the window period by having sex in between that 3 months of the window period? and i would also like to know could the virus survive when come contact with water or soap? for example feminine soap? than you

If the sex you have is unprotected vaginal or anal, then yes, the three month window starts over. If the penetrative sex is protected, then the original three month window stands.
HIV is very fragile outside of the human body. Soap would certainly help to deactivate the virus, leaving unable to infect another person.
