Hi there: I said that the risk was higher for him. The reason is that since he just brushed his teeth, the possibility for cuts or abrasions in his mouth was higher. Since he was performing unprotected oral sex on you, the likelihood that he was exposed to your bodily fluids was higher. Cuts or abrasions in the mouth can be a portal of entry for HIV.
