Insertive Oral Sex i dont undesrtood Jan 31, 2013 Hello, i dont understood the answer you gave me in my last quiestion, in wich i asked if i was at risk of contract hiv because a man gave me a blow job and he brushed his teeth before gave me the blow job, yo said that i dont need to get tested for this incident but i dont understood the second part, you said that the risk would be higher for him or for me ?, Thanks |

 Hi there: I said that the risk was higher for him. The reason is that since he just brushed his teeth, the possibility for cuts or abrasions in his mouth was higher. Since he was performing unprotected oral sex on you, the likelihood that he was exposed to your bodily fluids was higher. Cuts or abrasions in the mouth can be a portal of entry for HIV. HIV needs a portal of entry into our bloodstream before transmission can occur. I hope this helps. In health, Richard | ||||||||
