Case of gingivitis and deep kissing Help
Jan 31, 2013
Hi I am HIV negative and was involved in deep kissing with a guy of unknown status for several hours!I have gingivitis and after kissing when I went to rinse my mouth in the bathroom it was tinged with blood. What are my risks?I'm simply going mad thinking of this!
Response from Mr. Cordova
Thanks for writing in. The risk from deep kissing is very low. Unless there was blood gushing from his mouth, I would not be concerned. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest a visit to your doctor. Proper oral hygiene is important to overall wellness and should not be ignored.
