high risk exposure

i had ARS rash nonitchy,red on face,back, chest 2-3 wks after expsour with sorethroat/yeast infection after being in relationship. this was 2 yrsa go. I tested 2 yrs EIA/ICMA test negative. Are Asian strains detected by tests is USA. Pls answer. I am in new relationship and my partner deveopled fever 103 after 3wks w sorethroat. Pls help. I am posting 3 rd tme and could not find reply to my question.

The antibody tests used in US should detect HIV found in Asia. If not done recently, you and your partner should be tested for HIV and I would add on testing for syphilis (blood) and gonorrhea (urine, swabs of throat and rectum) and chlamydia (urine swab of rectum).
