Please guide me Jan 12, 2013 I had oral sex with a trans-sexual male i kissed him on the neck and he sucked me penis til i ejaculated.The very next day I got sore throat,fever,headache and pain in my body.I also got itching around my anus area and felt pain in sitting.I am also having pain in my neck,armpit and groin area.After a week from the incidence my stomach is severely upset.Please tell what to do.Am I infected from HIV ??? |

 Hi there: HIV transmission is highly unlikely in a situation like this. I consider oral sex to be a low-risk activity. As the top or insertive partner during this incident your risk was even lower. If your symptoms persist then I would suggest a visit to your doctor to determine possible causes. It is not HIV. In health, Richard | ||||||||
