Hi doctor , i had blow job and gave a smootch for a prostitute. this was my first time. she gave blow job without using condom. As it was first time i thin my skin got torn little bit and i found slight bleeding. but as i was totally drunked my semen didnt come out. is der any possibilities of getting aids or oe other disease

Hi We know that oral sex carries the lowest risk of HIV transmission and yes it does increase some with open sores but again is very low. HIV is not transmitted through saliva. Having blood present would increase the transmission but again not by much. To know for sure about your status I would recommend testing. The guidelines for testing are to be initially tested at 3 weeks post exposure then again at 90 days if this is negative then so are you.
