dear madam, i have two question please answer me 1.)some days before i was in small party with my friends and in the party we were eating with a same spoon but suddenly i remembered i have a open wound in my moouth which was two day old but when i pressed on the wound with my finger bleeding was start so my question is if anybody from my friends have hiv positive virus and open wound in there mounth so can hiv transmission is posible i am worried please answer. 2.) i want to share about my nature madam i am always feel scary about hiv transmission whenever i am traveling, meeting with unknown people,shaking hands,eating on restorents with friends,drinking with using same glase,etc. so madam my quetion is , it hiv phobia or i am extra concious please madam answer me i want to come up from it, thank you

Hi The good news is and we know this for sure that HIV transmission does not occur through casual contact. This includes, sharing food, shaking hands, drinking after someone. HIV transmission only occurs through a direct exchange of body fluid, blood, semen, vaginal fluid or mother's breast milk. Casual contact does not allow for any of those types of exchanges.
