Putting condom in middle of sexual interourse Nov 20, 2012 I want to know if there are risk of getting diseases if i don't make use of condom while doing a sexual intercourse and make use of it after some minutes in the middle of the sexual intercourse?thank you doctor |

 Thanks for your question, There is risk from the sex that you had while you didn't have the condom. There isn't risk when you did use a condom. When you add that together there is definitely still risk from the sex that you had.. just not as much as if you hadn't used the condom at all. We'd definitely encourage you to get tested three months from the sex you had. Using condoms is a VERY effective was to prevent HIV and other STDs. Hope this helps! Erik | ||||||||
