 Good news is that this single encounter does not carry huge risk. Probably. Still, you should seek medical advice at a knowledgable clinic. If you are in the US, Europe or Australia you should be able to find medical guidance regarding need for post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) to help reduce risk in case your partner is HIV+. You should get tested now for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections and then again after a month or so. DW | ||||||||
