| stomach pain Oct 6, 2012 hello doctor shannon, i got tested at 90th day after my 1 time exposure that was negative but i feel little stomach pain sometimes, iam scared is this any symptoms of hiv positive pls answer to me thank you |

Hi The guidelines for HIV testing are to be initially tested at 3 weeks then again at 3 months, if both of these tests are negative then so are you, as long as there were no other types of exposure during that 3 month period, if so then the timing starts over again. Having your test come back negative after this time you are HIV free. If the stomach pains continue I recommend that you follow up with your health care provider to see why you are having this pain.
