I HAVE GONE TO DOC HE SAID U HAVE SOME GASTRIC TROUBLE I WANT TO KNOW ARE THESR ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF HIV... IAM VERY FEARED IS MY PARTNER WILL BE INFECTED...  First off, you are not dying (although you do have a bad case of CAPITAL LETTER TYPING-ITIS, which thankfully is curable). Your testing shows that you are HIV negative and thus no (apparent) danger to your unsuspecting spouse. Your symptoms are non-specific (meaning could be caused by many things including diagnoses that do not start with the letter 'H'). Follow your doctor's advice and try to relax. It can only help.
