HIV/STI from sex toy

Hello, i was using a CLEAN sex toy for anal play and noticed blood after i had finished, is it possible to catch HIV or an STI because their was blood?

There's absolutely no risk from the situation you're describing. None!
The blood is an indication that there was some ripping inside you. That would create openings inside you but.. we're already talking about inside you so that's not terribly significant. Your clean sex toy isn't going to have any STI or HIV on it. There's no possibility unless it was immediately inside someone else right before you!
