Hello Your wife should be every part of your sexual life. Yes she should help you with your erection and yes you need to wear a condom. Your wife should most definitely be in care and on treatment to decrease the chances of HIV transmission. Though it is difficult for women to pass the virus along it is possible. Get your wife involved in the process of placing the condom on. With my husband being negative being able to have a safe place to explore our sex lives have made it that much better for both of us.
Be well and stay safe, Shannon
