| To "woo-hoo" or not to "woo-hoo" Aug 2, 2012 I have recently had a finger prick test that showed up "strongly negative" 81 days after an episode of protected sex. Despite being racked with anxiety and self diagnosing myself as positiv, does this test result warrant a "woo hoo" and I'm in the clear or is there still a lingering doubt? Appreciate your thoughts |

Response from Mr. Cordova
Hi, there: I know that Dr. Bob was fond of the woo-hoo. In this case it's a cause for woo-hoo. At 81 days, I would certainly feel confident in your negative results but would recommend that you go in for a final test at the 90 day mark, just to be certain. Also, how light or dark the line is on your rapid test is not an indicator of how likely you are to be positive or negative. In health, Richard | |||||||||
