Brief Unprotected Sex Jul 29, 2012 I will try to keep my question short. Recently, while having a lap dance, my penis was exposed and I am certain, although I cannot be sure, that I penetrated her for a brief period (30 seconds or so, possibly less). I'm terribly concerned about my risk of exposure from this occurrence. I have problems with anxiety and this event is making me feel like I want to crawl out of my skin. I will get tested as soon as possible; however, until then any advise is greatly appricated. |

 Hi, there: The likelihood of transmission from a one-time, extremely brief incident of insertive penile-vaginal intercourse is pretty low. I would not be too concerned. An HIV test at the 90 day mark will give you a conclusive answer. In health, Richard | ||||||||
