Early Symptoms of HIV comes out simultaneously? Please answer, I have symptoms of hiv, But it comes out 3 1/2 Months after unprotected oral sex ( Receiving and Giving ) im so scared. I want to know if im negative or not. But im so scared. What will happen if it is Positive. Answer my question :(

Response from Ms. Southall

Hi Oral sex carries the lowest risk of HIV transmission both giving and receiving and the guidelines for HIV testing are to be initially tested at 3 weeks then again at 3 months, if both of these tests are negative then so are you.

Don't think about what life will be like with HIV before you know your status. If you are positive then I guarantee that life will continue and you will be fine. It's just a matter of adjustment. But before you get there find out your status.

Be well and get tested! Shannon
