I have a question If fresh HIV positive blood which is coming out from the body goes into the cut or scratch or scrap which is not bleeding and blood is being coagulated and which is one hour is there a chance of hiv transmission. |

Hi Thank you for your compliment and we are happy to be here! This is a risk of HIV transmission but there has to be a few additional things to increases this risk. The person who is bleeding has a high viral load and is not on medication and the wound the blood is going into is freshly open.
