hiv through contact lense sharing?

I recently tried in my friends color contacts just to see what they looked like on me. Now im scared that i might have gotten something by trying them on. Could HIV be passed by sharing contacts?

Hello there NO, you cannot contract HIV from contacts. Can you pass other eye infections? You bet.. Take care,
