Can I get HIV from kissing a girl ?

Can i get hiv from kissing a girl i was seeing. please note that the girl has been tested for HIV 3 months back with negative result . and during kissing there was no blood or anything like that . and after the kissing by 4 days i made HIV PCR test which resulted in negative, what do you think i know am being paranoid but is there any chance i have HIV or i should just let it go out of my mind

Hi HIV transmission does not occur with casual contact or through kissing.
No reason to be paranoid you are HIV negative!
