 Hi Oral sex carries the lowest risk of HIV transmission and good for you both for making the decision to use condoms this prevents HIV transmission. What it cannot prevent is other sexually transmitted infections. HIV symptoms would not appear this quickly, but other STI's could as well as you could have just contracted the flu or other viral infection.
