sinus issues Apr 30, 2012 i have a runny (clear)nose when i get up and move around.it happens so much i have sores in my nose so bad they bleed. i cant taste my food and i cant smell like i used to.i have hiv/hcv cd4 300 and something and vir undtec. i went threw 12 weeks of hcv treat. non respond. went down to a 4 only so they stopped it.what could be up? my nose hurts all the time and i get up to do anything and my nose runns alot! |

 Hello and thanks for posting. There are a variety of things that can cause runny nose (rhinorrhea). Many are benign, such as allergies. On the other hand, I'm somewhat more concerned about the nasal sores- unless these are just related to wiping too much, they could be a symptom of something deserving of medical attention. At this point, I'd suggest getting an evaluation by your health care provider. BY | ||||||||
