| recent CSW acitivities: HIV risk Apr 29, 2012 on a recent business trip to san diego, over the course of one week i had 2 sexual encounters with 2 different CSWs. the first was unprotected oral, 5 minutes or so, i received from her, and then protected vaginal sex. i removed the condom and found there to be no breaks or tears, and it was on the whole time. the second was with an older more experienced CSW who only provides unprotected oral on men. i came in her mouth. i feel horrible about doing these things, but it is done. do i have any HIV risk, should i be tested for these acts? |

Response from Ms. Southall
Hi The two encounters that you have described carry a very small risk for HIV transmission. Oral sex carries the lowest risk of HIV transmission and protected vaginal sex protects you. Ejaculating in her mouth did not increase your chances of transmission. Be well and stay safe, Shannon | |||||||||
