Oral Sex with a Condom on.. Apr 19, 2012 Hey Doc, I recently hooked up with a girl at a club for a friends birthday celebration. Long story short I got Oral from her with a condom on. During that time I had my hands playing with her vagina. Afterwards I found my hand had a very foul smell.. Im talking horrible.. I plan on getting tested on my next day off.. in the mean time should I be worried Doc? I even bought and used the hand sanitizer on my penis just incase.. any guidance would help.  Hi there: No, there is nothing to be worried about. It sounds like perhaps she had an overgrowth of bacteria in her vagina, or a possible infection of some kind. Touching her vagina with your hand would not put you at risk for anything. In health, Richard | ||||||||
