HIV contamination by masturbation Apr 18, 2012 I am wondering if a person can get HIV from masturbating without cleaning his hand before. What if the person shaked hand with some one who has HIV and he gets some blood on his hand without noticing or touching an infected HIV blood of a person without noticing and then masturbates after a couple of minutes. |

 HI There would have to be a lot of blood or semen present on that persons hand that they shake for HIV to be a concern. Casual contact is not a way for HIV transmission to occur. So no you cannot get HIV from what you have described. Be well and stay safe, Shannon | ||||||||
