 Hello there- Both a urinary tract infection caused by a bacteria and STDs (such a gonorrhea or chlamydia) can cause elevated WBC counts in the urine. If you have engaged in any sexual activity I would suggest you be evaluated for both and that will guide the treatment. Take care, LHW | ||||||||
