pillow sex

recently i discovered that i could simulate sex with vaseline in a sandwich bag and intercourse with two pillows and of course i thought of it to be safer than real sex but tonight i noticed somewhat red and skin colored sores on my shaft ..is it possible i contacted something?? PLEASE HELP Thanks

I doubt it although you never know where those ducks have been.
