Thank you very much sir
Mar 28, 2012

Thank you verty much sir for providing answer to my previous question. I am still trying to cope up with hypochondria and still cannot function normally because of severe fear.

I am very much uplifted when you said that it is not much concern since the one time occurence of my unprotected sex which I am the insertive partner. Would you consider also that in case that I have HIV testing, the result will be negative?

Thanks a lot.

Miguel

Response from Mr. Cordova

Hi, Miguel:

If you need to have a test for your peace of mind, that is certainly OK. If there was an act of unprotected penetrative sex, then yes, testing at the three month mark would be a good idea. If you were the insertive partner, and it was a one-time occurrence, then yes, I would expect that test to come back negative.

If the anxiety and fear that you are faced with are constants in your life, then my suggestion is that you seek professional help. Working with a trained therapist or counselor can be very helpful. Having to live with in a constant state of panic is no fun, and no one should have to do that. I hope this helps.

In health,

Richard
