sir i asked expert on other site they say it not possible 4 hiv transmission, my concern is that during mutual masturbation if one gets partner's infected sperm on his open bleeding wound how can he be safe. it takes just seconds to launch on the wound. sorry 4 bad english

They are correct. Mutual masturbation is not a risk. HIV starts to die the moment it leaves the human body. Even if you got semen on an open wound, the virus would be unable to cause infection. Furthermore, the virus needs to find its way into your bloodstream. Just having the virus sitting on the surface of a cut or abrasion does not mean it would be able to enter your body.
