Washing hands is an effective way to kill HIV? If someone has bleeding abrasions could soap containing bacterials or HIV during washing get in the abrasions and infect the person?

Hi, Yes washing your hands is an effective way of stopping transmission of HIV. HIV does not survive long after it leaves the body.
