|Dr wohl!!!! Please helppp! HIV Csw
Jan 22, 2012
Dr wohl i have read some of your posts regarding HIV and oral sex. You say there's very very low risk for HIV. Well what about a situation where I had a fissure in my anus and a Csw put her tongue in my ass definitely touching the fissure with her tongue. Definitely a saliva exchange there with my open fissure. It's open because when i while sometimes there's blood and I've had it for years. Am I at risk for HIV? Would you warrant testing? I am freaking out and my necks been hurting me. I feel a few swollen glands. Maybe because I was sick during this encounter. The encounter happened 7 days ago and I'm scared out of my mind that I contracted HIV. I just want to put this past me and live a normal life but I can't shake it. Please help dr wohl. I've asked a few times but no response and I can't sleep from this.

See recent post. The issue is that saliva just is not a great vehicle for HIV. So another person spitting on your anus or in your eye won't transmit HIV. DW
