If I understand your question correctly, the contact occurred outside of the body was with breast milk and semen, the answer is this is not a risk. With the absence of open sores, or cuts this is one of the safest ways to keep one another from exposure. HIV is spread through seminal or vaginal fluid and blood and mother breast milk. Babies can become positive if they are breast feeding and the mom has HIV.
