| sexually diseases Nov 22, 2011 I have a small hard pimple of the base of my penis, it doesn't have any head or color and it doesn't hurt or itch me at all, can you please tell me what is this? I'm getting little worried about it. |

Hi there: Unfortunately, you can't be diagnosed over the computer. It's possible that the pimple is actually a chancre. A chancre is the primary symptom of Syphilis. I would suggest a trip to your doctor for testing, just to be safe. You can get an accurate test result 21 days after infection. Good luck. In health, Richard | |||||||||
