 Hello. HIV cannot permeate intact latex. No way. No how. So if the latex condom is used appropriately and doesn't fail (break), your HIV-acquisition risk would be essentially nonexistent. However, it's worth noting that condom efficacy in real-world experiences is as low as 85% in some studies, primarily due to operator error (improper condom use).
