| Extremely Worried Oral Exposure - PEP? Please answer soon Aug 13, 2011 Hi Dr. Bob - I sent a message yesterday and am really hoping for an answer soon, so that I can start a PEP treatment before 72-hrs if recommended. I recently had an unprotected oral sex experience. This was my first ever sexual experience with a male. It turned out he was a porn actor and showed me his negative STD test results from last month. However, as he has sex with multiple partners, I am not sure how reliable those results are. He brushed and flossed about 15-30 minutes before any kissing (not very deep kissing) and performed oral sex on me for about 15-20 seconds, before I stopped him. I had a small pimple on my penis (I do not thin it was an open sore), which went away within 36-hours after the incident. After drinking a little bit more, I performed oral twice, for about 5 minutes each time (no ejaculation, but I am not sure about pre-cum - not sure how I would know). Does this pose a risk for me and would you recommend talking to a doctor about starting PEP? Please answer quickly as I would need to start PEP by tomorrow to still be in the 72 hour window. I will donate $100 to the foundation. Thank you! |
