 Hello. Your HIV-acquisition risk is essentially nonexistent, assuming the latex condom was used properly and didn't fail (break). HIV cannot permeate intact latex. No way. No how. I agree that guilt is probably your major problem, not HIV! If my reassurance is not sufficient for you to put your worries permanently to rest, get a single HIV-antibody test at the three-month mark. The result will undoubtedly be negative.
