Hi Dr. Bob I just wanted to thank you for all the work you do answering questions for people with worries and risks. your funny ones gave me a much needed laugh everyday :) i never actually asked you any questions but i read your answers almost daily and it really helped me get through a very stressful time. I had a legitimate risk but i won't go into details because it's unnecessary as I received my 'woohoo!' certificate today :) i understand if you don't have time to post or reply to this but i hope you find time to read it because i'd like for you to know that you really do help people out here...and keep your smile, it's perfect! :) thank you again J

Thanks for your thanks and WOO-HOO on your excellent news! I also very much appreciate your kind comments. It's comforting to know that the gazillions of words I tippity-type into my trusty MacBook Pro and send into cyberspace while sipping my morning non-fat vanilla cappuccino at my favorite coffee shop (Peet's) actually reach receptive eyeballs somewhere in the cyber-universe and provide information, reassurance and the occasional chortle.

I enjoy smiling. Not only because I'm usually deliriously happy to be alive, but also because it makes people wonder what I've been up to!
