went to the bathroom(after 3 or 5 minitues, even while removing the condom she didnt touch vaginal fluids.after
removing condom we talked 3 or 5 mins and then went to bathroom) and then she washed her sex thing(i dont know the

thats why here i dont use that word).then she washed mine. i am not very much sure about this but if she washed inside her sex thing(i am afraid she get virginal floods from

You're worried your gal-pal got "virginal floods from her sex thing" onto your "pennies"??? Hmm.
Your fears are unwarranted. Your HIV-acquisition risk is negligible to nonexistent, assuming the latex condom was used properly and did not break. There would be no significant HIV-transmission risk from the "virginal floods" during your post-nookie cleanup.
If my reassurance is not sufficient for you to put your irrational fears permanently to rest where they belong, then get a single HIV-antibody test. The result will undoubtedly be negative. Rapid tests provide definitive answers in as few as 20 minutes. This may be the quickest way to put an end to your tears!
Good luck. Be well.
