| hiv positive having sex in florida not telling Dec 3, 2010 My step-daughter is having unprotected sex and is HIV positive and was born with the disease. I am beteen a rock and ahard place with her. I have tried talking with her about her behavior. Can she legally be accountable for not telling? |

Hi, HIV nondisclosure laws vary from state to state. If possible, I would suggest you accompany your step-daughter to her next appointment with her HIV specialist and openly discuss the situation.
