|hiv positive having sex in florida not telling
Dec 3, 2010
My step-daughter is having unprotected sex and is HIV positive and was born with the disease. I am beteen a rock and ahard place with her. I have tried talking with her about her behavior. Can she legally be accountable for not telling?

HIV nondisclosure laws vary from state to state. If possible, I would suggest you accompany your step-daughter to her next appointment with her HIV specialist and openly discuss the situation. He will know how to proceed.
Your step-daughter may benefit from psychotherapy (counseling).
