DR Frascino its been a while...I from Italy
Jul 2, 2010
I have not been here in a while because I been a good boy lately. Anyways hope all is well for you ((((hugs)))). I am in Central America and visit a cabaret. I had sex with 2 prostitutes but with a condom. Condom had no holes and it was intact the whole time. What are my risk....one of them did give me unprotected oral....what do you think good doctor....anyways I hope you remember me I am Italian...
Response from Dr. Frascino
Certainly I remember you. Thanks for the cyber-hugs.
As for your Central American Badda Bing adventure, protected sex is indeed protected, assuming the latex condoms were used properly and did not fail (break). Unprotected insertive oral sex carries only a very slight risk for HIV transmission/acquisition. If you are concerned, get a single HIV-antibody test at the three-month mark. The odds are astronomically in your favor that you did to contract HIV from this sexperience in the cabaret. (As Liza sings, "Life is a cabaret, old chum . . . .")
Good luck. Be well.
