Stepped on a thorn - father worried on fathers day

Hi Doc

I recently was walking on a nude beach. While walking barefoot i stepped on a thorn that made me bleed. Now im afraid i will get HIV or Hepatitis since lots of Gay people use this beach. Is there any realistic threat if someone else stepped on the thorn before me?
